With our Open Day a giant success, it's time to look forward to the next GBHC event... our family camping that is happening in just over a weeks time! If you haven't done so already, make sure you book you slot by calling Miranda Campsite on 01425 621561 and quote the GBHC camping weekend (Friday 13th-Sunday 15th July). It's a perfect location for exploring the forest, without the cost of a normal site. A pitch is just £11, with electric hookup only then £13 per night. We plan to have a fab BBQ with everyone on the Saturday evening.
Last year a bunch of us went to Lymington Lido, which was perfect, especially with the current temperatures! Others went farm shopping, biking and exploring. This year, I heard the ladies 1s are planning a tour round a local cider factory! Kids, friends and families welcome!

On the Sunday, we have a mixed friendly game against the New Forest, just a short drive away. I believe we also have scope for a junior game too. The game starts at 12, so plenty of time to have breakfast and shake of the hangovers and lack of sleep. Tents can be left pitched if you'd prefer to return afterwards. If you would like to play, please let me know so myself and Rach can start to organize the team.
